Terms of Use

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Promperly on your devices, in accordance with these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Pro subscription

Promperly offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan at R$ 35.00/month or R$ 169.90/year. New subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Management and cancellation are handled through your App Store account.

If you downgrade or cancel, access to Pro features remains until the end of the period already paid. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. User content

The scripts and other content you create are yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store and display them to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Promperly for unlawful purposes, nor to attempt to bypass, copy or interfere with the operation of the app.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of Promperly.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
