Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Account: when you create an account we collect your email and, optionally, your name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we only receive the identifier and email those providers share.

Content: the scripts you create are stored against your account so you can access them across sessions.

Subscription: your Pro subscription status is managed by Apple and RevenueCat. We never have access to your card or payment details.

2. On-device processing

The audio used by voice scrolling (VoiceScroll) is processed entirely on your device and is never sent, recorded or stored on our servers or any third party.

3. How we use your data

We use data solely to authenticate you, sync and display your scripts, manage your subscription and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-party sharing

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Apple for payment processing and RevenueCat for subscription management. These services handle data only for the purposes described here.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data at any time. Deleting your account and all associated data is available directly in the app's settings screen.

6. Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

7. Children

Promperly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
